Based on the other one you bought, I think this one would feel large on you. But it would be easy to alter. I think these biased cut dresses are super hard to measure and especially this one because it has no back. It really sits a lot better once on a body then how it feels based on the actual measurements. What I often recommend is that you send the listing to your seamstress, but I would be shocked if you weren t able to alter this one because the actual cut is very simple.
Fully lined in a black silk chiffon and closes with a hidden set side zipper. The measurements given below are the comfortable range when the dress is laying flat. Being bias cut the length may come up a bit once on the body and it should fit a range of sizes. Tagged a vintage McQueen 42
Bust: to 19-23 flat across from side seam to side seam
Waist: 16-19 flat across from side seam to side seam
Hips: 18-23 flat across from side seam to side seam
Total length: approx 67 from top of shoulder to front hem, 75 to the back
